Greetings Scotty! I have a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.2 diesel diesel. I took off the hose connecting to the electronic throttle body and I noticed the throttle valve was open completely with the engine stopped. I did not turn on the engine to see if the throttle valve was "working", is this supposed to be normal? The car runs great, pulls great, no smoke, no oil burning, no trouble codes.

diesels are different than gas engines, that's normal on those.
