Astra H higher cosumpion, engine work harded and louder for 5 to 15 minutes

Opel (Vauxhall) Astra H higher cosumpion, engine work harded and louder for 5 to 15 minutes

I have Opel (Vauxhall) Astra H 1.7 CDTI 110hp or 81kw... It has arround 167 000 (103 700 miles) and it is 10 years old (2008.).. I have huge problem... Sometimes every now and then on higher rpms like some ventilator start to work, enging start to work harded and use loot more fuel… Like in neutral when in normal is 0,5 l/h, when that happend then is 3 l/h... in drive on open road when should be 4/5 l/100km it is 7/10 l/100km... It is doing that for like 5 to 15 minutes or until I turn of car... Then when I start it again work normal for day or two.. then on higher rpms starts again…

When I done pedal test I hot P0100 error and that is MAF senzor... We went to mechanic and they told us that MAF senzor is broken so we change it… Fuel cosumption was little lower but after few minutes driving it started to doing that stupid thing again…No engine chech lite or something like that on dashboard. I went to bunch of mechanich but they just don't want to do thing with engine (don't know why). I event went to Opel service but they ask load of money just to look what it could be…

I was looking on Internet and found that DPF and ERG vavle has similar simptoms when they dont work properly… DPF has some cleaning thing that now and then starts and it makes cosumpion higher.. So that sound like it could be it but I am not sure, part is so expensive, so I need your help to know what to do, what to change before is to late.. From ERG vavle I can hear some like buzzing or whisteling when I just give contact to car with key (I am not sure is it sound from ERG directly or something around). I forgot to tell You it is ECO mode.

So I desperately need Your help.
