Hello Scotty, I live in central Africa, Chad and it is a pain in the butt to get car parts. I use an FX3.5 infiniti with vin: JNRAS08U55X103130 that has a blown ECU, I bought it without that and fix another one in it but some of them do no accelerate, others do but cannot go over 40Mph, some make the engine hesitate and some others do not even start the car; I notice they always bring different part numbers ones which is not correct, COuld you use my VIN to find me the right part number and how I could buy it through your amazon garage or website? I am a huge Fan

scotty need your help im stumped on what else to check. 2004 sebring 2.4l engine code X ... will crank wont start sounds like it will then bogs out and backfires. have spark fuel battery charged ( until i use it too much to try starting). timing belt is moving. brand new crank position sensor, new cam position sensor, new wires and new plugs. the fuses all good. car sat for about 3 months. has half tank of gas. when i pulled plugs seemed like they were oily. check with code reader no codes only throws a code when i disconnect the iat/iac on the intake to the air filter box for the air temp sensor but reconnect code goes away. im at a loss of what else to check . has fire, fuel, electrical power just wont start at all. dumbfounded at this point and stumped on what else to check/replace. need your help please.

Hey Scotty, Wanted to ask what could be the issue with my 2012 Mazda CX-9 Touring edition. It started recently to shake slightly (a little shimmy) when gaining speed (usually starts around 30-35mph @ 3-4th gear, then goes away just as quickly after a gain of about 5miles speed or so.) if I hit the gas, it powers through. Usually happens when I start moving after a full stop. If I am moving and slow down then speed up again, things tend to be smooth again, most times.

Is this a transmission issue or? What would you recommend I do? Thank you.

Hi Scotty, I've never seen an objective mechanic like you. Your reviews taught me a lot. I'd like to see your precious review on '96 2 doors, manual, Toyota RAV4 if possible. Thank you!

Hello there Scotty !I've just bought a new 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback with Automatic CVT transmission. I was wondering how much time is it ok to leave it in Drive while at a stoplight or in a traffic jam ? Tried searching the internet but I always find contradictory information.
