2010 Honda Accord bad paint

I have a 2010 Honda Accord LX four-door, white, tan cloth interior, automatic five-speed transmission, with almost 90,000 miles. I bought it new in 2010 off of the used car lot of a Honda dealership here in Tulsa, Oklahoma and it had 64 miles on it when I bought it. The sales manager was my salesman and he told me a brand new Accord and a brand new Civic were on the used car lot because the new car dealership would stand to make an extra commission for selling a certain volume or a certain dollar amount of vehicles by the end of June. The paint started coming off the passenger front door just below the window sill, and between the hood and the front quarter panels, and also in the back between the rear window glass and the C-pillars. The paint on the whole car is very chalky and it’s hard to get any sort of a shine. I’ve never had a problem like this and all I was able to get from the dealership was that I needed to call American Honda which I did and they offered to pay half of what it would cost to do the paint work. This is better than nothing but there are a whole lot of people with the same year of Accord the same generation of Accord that have no paint problems at all and get to keep all their money right where it is. I love the car and I don’t even let people eat in it or drink anything except water in it but paint problems are very expensive and I don’t have the money to fix it.

How can that be the clear coat coming off? The paint is actually flaking off down to the primer I suppose. Is there a solution provided by Honda for those of us with affected paint? My car has the exact same problem as another 2010 Honda Accord. I spoke to the owner just to see if his car was a 2010 and if he has paint problems. He does and they are in the same locations as the peeling paint on my car. Something was not done right at the factory and Honda should do something. Scotty, what do you say? Do you know of a solution? An extended warranty for this generation or year of Accord for paint coming off and chalking? I already had to replace 3 of my wheel covers that also suffered from flaking paint. Scotty please help me, what should I do?
