1991 Camry A/C Blows Cold Humid Air

The A/C In my '91 Camry blows ice cold, but it's extremely humid no matter the temperature setting.

Whenever I turn on my A/C in my '91 Camry, it does get ice cold, but it's very humid and condenses on the windows. It also gets humid whenever the heater is on as well.

I don't think it would be a clogged evaporator drain because the floor carpet isn't wet at all. I have no idea what is causing this to occur.

If it helps figure out the problem, the A/C compressor is grinding and clattering.

Thank you very much!

It might relate to that flattering but could be a clogged evaporator drain as it might only condense in the windows, or it could be leaky refrepigerant fluid as it might evaporate quickly like petrol but as its constantly being blown forward the vapours might go upwards and cling onto the windows

1991 Camry, my dream car, if standard transmission. Sigh.
